The NBA is on the verge of announcing a new plan to curtail flopping. The league is expected to review possible flops after each game and then hand out a fine to the culprit. No word yet on whether the NBA will go with the $1 million fine that ESPN analyst Jeff Van Gundy suggested last season in one of the great rants of all time. But these guys should definitely have their checkbooks ready.
