Usain Bolt confirmed on Monday in a Facebook post that he will not race again in 2015.

Bolt withdrew from the Diamond League finale in Brussels on Friday due to fatigue. The meet was scheduled to be his last of 2015.

“After the excitement of the past few weeks at the World T&F Championships in Bejing I have decided not to race again in 2015,” Bolt said.

He added that he is thinking ahead to 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, and is happy to have ended his 2015 season without injury, despite looking forward to competing in Brussels.

Bolt will defend his 100-meter, 200-meter and 4x100-meter relay titles at the 2016 Olympics.

Bolt has not lost an individual race since June 5, 2013.
