Fight breaks out among drivers at NASCAR race in Charlotte
A fight broke out among drivers during the NASCAR Bank of America 500 event at the Charlotte Motor Speedway on Saturday.
Brad Keselowski, Denny Hamlin and Matt Kenseth were involved in an altercation after the race after Keselowski clipped Hamlins' rear bumper during the cool-down lap and later bumped Kenseth's car.
Hemlin and Kenseth confronted Keselowski after the race and Hamlin was seen shouting at Keselowski in the garage, with crew members from both teams getting into it as well.
Kenseth spoke after the race about the incident, according to the Associated Press:
''It was really the safety. He was doing something with Hamlin, I had my seatbelt off, my (head-and-neck restraint) off and he clobbers me. 'The race is over, come back to pit road. If you want to talk about it like a man, go do that. But if you want to wreck somebody on the racetrack with people standing around, that's just inexcusable.'"
Kevin Harvick won the race and Jeff Gordon came in second.
