The Cleveland Cavaliers are set to offer Utah Jazz forward Gordon Hayward a max contract, according to ESPN's Brian Windhorst.

Since Hayward is a restricted free agent, the Jazz would have the opportunity to match any offer the Cavs extended.

Hayward, 24, has played four seasons in the NBA. Last year he averaged 16.2 points, 5.2 assists and five rebounds per game.
