LeBron James' deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers is for two years and $42.1 million and includes an opt-out clause after next season, Brian Windhorst of ESPN reported Saturday.

James announced his intentions to return to Cleveland in an article posted Friday on SI.com.

Although he has the option to once again explore free agency next summer, James has made it clear he wants to be in Cleveland long term.

He said in the essay he penned for SI.com that he always planned on returning to the Cavaliers.
