Report: Miami looks like front-runner for Deng. ESPN: “The Heat, sources say, want to do a two-year deal with Deng in the $20 million range to team him with the freshly re-signed Chris Bosh and soon-to-be-reupped Dwyane Wade.”
Report: Disagreement between Miami, Deng on salary
Report: Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix still in mix for Deng. ESPN: “Dallas and Atlanta remain interested in Deng, as well. In addition, sources said Saturday that Phoenix has also jumped into the mix for Deng, who was traded from Chicago to Cleveland in January after years of trade rumors.”

Report: Mavs moving on from DeJuan Blair, likely to re-sign Bernard James. ESPN: “Smith, who will make $948,163 in 2014-15, fills the Mavs' need for a low-priced banger off the bench, the role filled by DeJuan Blair last season. The Mavs are also likely to re-sign Bernard James to a minimum-salary deal, a source said.”
Report: Knicks president Jackson willing to part with Shumpert in potential trades. Sporting News: “There are also holdovers Amare Stoudemire, Andrea Bargnani and J.R. Smith, any of whom can be had in a trade for a satchel of magic beans and a wink. Jackson is said to be willing to include Iman Shumpert in any deal that would rid him of his roster baggage.”
Report: Pacers interested in Boozer if Bulls amnesty him. New York Daily News: “Indiana is among the teams that definitely have interest in bringing in Carlos Boozer if he’s waived by the Bulls via the amnesty provision.”
