Free agent forward Luol Deng has agreed to terms on a two-year, $20 million with the Miami Heat, Ken Berger of CBS Sports tweeted Sunday afternoon. The deal reportedly includes a player option after the first year.

The two-time All-Star essentially swaps places with Cavaliers forward LeBron James, who announced on Friday via an essay he penned for SI.com that he will leave the Heat to return home to Cleveland.

The Rockets had also reportedly been in pursuit of Deng but are still weighing whether to match the Mavericks' offer sheet to Chandler Parsons. The Rockets also agreed to terms with swingman Trevor Ariza this weekend.

Deng, 29, averaged 16 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 35.1 minutes last season, appearing in 63 games between Chicago and Cleveland.
