Report: Cavs, Wolves have discussed trading Love for Wiggins, Bennett
The Cavaliers and Timberwolves have discussed a trade involving star power forward Kevin Love and Cleveland's first-round picks in the past two drafts, small forwards Andrew Wiggins and Anthony Bennett, ESPN.com's Chris Broussard reported Friday.
Cleveland has reportedly not met Minnesota's asking price in negotiations. A source told Broussard that the Cavaliers are willing to give up their first-round pick in next year's draft.
On Thursday, The News-Herald reportedthe Cavaliers are willing to include Andrew Wiggins in a potential trade package for Love.
A league source said on July 17 that the Cavs are now willing to trade the No. 1 overall pick in the 2014 draft.
Love, 25, is reportedly intent on leaving Minnesota if the team does not trade him before the end of next season, when he can opt out of the final year of his contract to become an unrestricted free agent.
Several teams have reportedly expressed interest in trading for Love, with Golden State and Cleveland emerging as the most serious suitors.
Cleveland last week was reportedly pursuing a trade for Love contingent upon LeBron James joining the Cavaliers. Shortly after James' announcement on SI.com, a report indicated Love was intrigued by the idea of joining James on the Cavaliers and would commit to the team long-term.

Cleveland had reportedly refused to make Wiggins available in trade talks with Minnesota and, amid mounting speculation, new coach David BlattsaidWiggins was "not going anywhere."
It is believed Wiggins could serve as a tipping point in negotiations, with Minnesota softening its stance at the possibility of receiving the 2014 No. 1 pick in exchange for Love.
James has told Love of his desire for the two of them to play together in Cleveland, according to a Yahoo Sports report.
Love, a three-time all-star, averaged 26.1 points and 12.5 rebounds a game last season as the Timberwolves won 40 games and missed the playoffs.
