Parker, who played one season at Duke, received 52.8 percent of votes to be Rookie of the Year. Chicago Bulls forward Doug McDermott and Cleveland Cavaliers guard Andrew Wiggins were the second most-popular responses, at 8.3 percent.

Parker was also the most popular response, at 45.9 percent, to the question "Which rookie will have the best career?" McDermott finished second, with 13.5 percent.

The Milwaukee Bucks selected Parker, 19, with the No. 2 pick after he averaged 19.1 points and 8.7 rebounds in one season at Duke. Parker graced the cover of a May 2012 edition of Sports Illustrated when he was a junior in high school.

The group was also asked to pick which player is most overlooked, the best shooter and the best playmaker, among other questions.

Players were not allowed to vote for themselves or teammates from either college or the NBA.
