USA Basketball chairman Jerry Colangelo:

"As a beacon of training and commitment, I cannot think of a better place for the team to prepare for the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup than the U.S. Military Academy," said Colangelo. "Our players are very excited to meet servicemen and women who also have a strong desire to represent their country."

The school reports that during the morning, players and coaches will tour the U.S. Military Academy and will visit the West Point Cemetery. Before the practice, the team will eat in the school's mess hall with the cadets.
