Report: Jazz sign Dahntay Jones

The Utah Jazz have signed guard Dahntay Jones, his agency, Priority Sports, announced on Monday.

Jones did not play in the NBA last year after 10 seasons covering stints with the Grizzlies, Kings, Nuggets, Pacers, Mavericks and Hawks.

Multiple teams reportedly watched Jones work out in August.

The 33-year-old has averaged 5.6 points and 1.8 rebounds during his career.

The Jazz finished with the worst record (25-57) in the Western Conference last season.
