Anthony Davis threw down a one-handed alley-oop dunk in Tuesday night's game against the Hornets in New Orleans.

The Pelicans center set a screen for point guard Jrue Holiday near the three-point line, then darted to the hoop and leapt to slam Holiday's pass through the rim with one hand.

Davis scored 24 points, snared 13 rebounds and blocked three shots to lead the Pelicans to a 100-91 win.

The 21-year-old has now logged a double-double in three of New Orleans' four games this season, including a 26-point, 17-rebound, nine-block effort in a season-opening win over the Magic.

The Pelicans (2-2) get three days of rest before facing the Spurs in San Antonio on Saturday.
