Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose will not play in Friday night's game against the Philadelphia 76ers, the team announced.

Rose aggravated his injured ankles Wednesday against the Milwaukee Bucks. He missed the previous two games after spraining his ankles during last Friday's loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Over three games this season, Rose has averaged 15.3 points, 5.3 assists and 26 minutes. He played in only 10 games over the previous two seasons due to knee injuries.

Center Joakim Noah, who has missed the last two games with an illness, will play against the 76ers.

The Bulls (4-1, 1st Central Division) host the Boston Celtics on Saturday.
