Orlando Magic guard Victor Oladipo has been cleared by doctors to return from a facial fracture and is questionable for Friday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks, the team announced.

Oladipo, 22, was hit by an elbow during practice last month and needed surgery. He also missed time with a sprained MCL and did not play during the preseason.

Oladipo, the No. 2 pick in the 2013 draft, averaged 13.8 points, 4.1 assists and 4.1 rebounds last season and finished second in Rookie of the Year voting. He was a member of the USA Basketball Select Team this summer.

He played point guard last season after playing off the ball during his college career at Indiana. The Magic have started rookie Elfrid Payton at point guard and Evan Fournier at shooting guard in Oladipo's absence.

The Magic have started the season 3-6 and host the Bucks tonight at 7 p.m. ET.
