CLEVELAND (AP) Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah is missing his fourth straight game with a sprained right ankle.

Noah has had trouble with the ankle for more than a month. He missed four games in December, came back and tweaked the injury.

Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said Monday a recent MRI showed no structural damage. Thibodeau did not give a timetable for the All-Star's return. Noah, who is averaging 9.4 rebounds, isn't traveling with the team.

Pau Gasol will slide over from power forward into center on Monday against the Cavaliers.

Small forward Mike Dunleavy is missing his 10th straight game with sprained right ankle, but Thibodeau said he has begun running.

Chicago rookie forward Doug McDermott is active after missing more than month after arthroscopic surgery on his right knee.
