The NBA Draft lottery will take place on Tuesday night at approximately 8:30 p.m. at the New York Hilton Midtown. The ceremony will be aired on ESPN and can be live streamed here.

The first three picks in the draft will be determined through the lottery. The other 11 teams that failed to make the playoffs will be assigned a pick based on their record in reverse order.

There are 14 ping-pong balls numbered 1 through 14. Each team is assigned some of the four-number combinations based on its odds, which are listed below.

The actual selecting of the balls will take place in a separate room in the hotel, prior to the airing of the ceremony, during which envelopes are opened by the NBA's deputy commissioner Mark Tatum to reveal the picks.
