The draft will be held on June 25. The Minnesota Timberwolves hold the No. 1 pick and the Los Angeles Lakers hold the No. 2 pick.

June 3

• Phil Ervin of Fox Sports reports that the Timberwolves are hoping to work out Jahlil Okafor, Karl-Anthony Towns and D'Angelo Russell next week. He adds that Towns reportedly won't work out for any teams, but will interview.

• Nuggets general manager Tim Connelly told the Denver Post that the team wants to have a deadline of finding a head coach before the June 25 draft.

• Kevon Looney and Bobby Portis will work out for the Jazz on Thursday, reportsThe Desert News.

• Cliff Alexander has a mild MCL sprain and will be out 3-5 days, ESPN's Chad Ford reports.

• The top four teams in the draft have all either requested or scheduled an interview with Emmanuel Mudiay, SI's Chris Mannix reports.

June 2

• Timberwolves GM Flip Saunders prefers Jahlil Okafor to Karl-Anthony Towns, ESPN's Chad Ford reports. Minnesota holds the first pick in the draft. 

• Emmanuel Mudiay is expected to work out with the Lakers, 76ers and Knicks, SMU coach Larry Brown told SNY's Adam Zagoria Monday. 

• Potential lottery pick Kristaps Porzingis of Latvia told SI Now Tuesday that he hopes the Knicks pick him.

• Georgia State's R.J. Hunter worked out for the Thunder on Monday, he said on Twitter. He also tweeted that he was in Utah visiting the Jazz

• Notre Dame guard Jerian Grant worked out with the Wizards on Monday. The team tweeted a video of Grant at the practice facility. 

• Duke's Tyus Jones worked out for the Mavericks on Monday and will visit the Rockets on Wednesday, according to Darren Wolfson of ESPN 1500 in Minneapolis.
