The championship game of the NBA's Las Vegas Summer League between San Antonio and Phoenix featured an insane behind-the-back assist from Spurs guard Kyle Anderson. San Antonio won the game 93–90. Anderson finished with 15 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
Anderson's play has been strong enough to earn him Summer League MVP honors.
Anderson, a second-year player out of UCLA, had averaged 22 points and 5.8 rebounds in six Vegas league games coming in to Monday night's final.
With the off-season departure of Spurs role players such as Tiago Splitter, Aron Baynes and Corey Joseph, Anderson could be called upon during the 2015-16 season to take on a larger role with the team.
