J.R. Smith and Tristian Thompson connected on a beautiful alley-oop during the second quarter of Game 6 on Thursday.

Out of a timeout, Smith drove in and tossed the ball up for an easy slam.

The Cavs are off to a very hot start as they attempt to extend the series to seven games, with the Warriors coming out equally lethargic and struggling to make shots. Cleveland is attempting to become the first team to ever overcome a 3–1 deficit in the Finals.

Thompson‘s rebounding and physicality has been a major boon for Cleveland.

The Cavs held a double digit lead for much of the first half.
