Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 30 points in Game 6 against the Cavaliers, but a sublime showing from LeBron James on the other end helped Cleveland to a 115–101 win and forced a decisive Game 7. He was ejected at the end of the game after fouling out.

After picking up two early fouls, Curry entered and added some scoring as the rest of the team struggled. He picked up a third foul toward the end of the second quarter but remained in the game.

Curry, who has won back to back MVP awards, has struggled for much of the Finals. Game 6 had few early positives for Golden State, but his shooting was one of them.

The Warriors picked it up and cut the lead to single digits in the fourth, with Curry approaching 30 points on the night. He broke Danny Green’s record for most threes in a Finals with his 28th of the series.

Curry fouled out late in the game and was ejected after hurling his mouthpiece into the stands in frustration. He finished with 30 points in the 115–101 loss.
