Jeff Green has been medically cleared for takeoff.

The Celtics forward missed the entire 2011-12 season following heart surgery, but you wouldn't know it based on this dunk, a monster slam over Jazz center Al Jefferson during the fourth quarter of Wednesday night's game at TD Garden.

Green collected a kickout pass from Kevin Garnett in the left corner and drove hard to his right, blowing past Paul Millsap to throw down a one-hand dunk on Jefferson, who tried and failed to swat it. Green celebrated by bouncing, getting himself a taunting technical, and he was joined by Rajon Rondo, who hopped on the sidelines after spraining his right ankle earlier in the game.

The Celtics went on to defeat the Jazz 98-93. Video via @Jose3030
