LeBron James now has the NBA's best-selling jersey, no matter where you look.

The NBA announced Wednesday that the Heat forward's ubiquitous No. 6 jersey ranked No. 1 on both its global and domestic jersey sales lists for the 2012-13 season.

On the international list, James beat out, in order: Derrick Rose (Bulls), Kobe Bryant (Lakers), Kevin Durant (Thunder) and Dwyane Wade (Heat). On the U.S. list, James topped, in order: Rose, Bryant, Durant and Carmelo Anthony (Knicks). Rose, however, possessed the top-selling jersey in China, Latin America and Europe.

"To know that so many people look up to me, so many kids, that's what means more than anything, that I continue to inspire the youth and they look at me as a role model,'' James told the Associated Press. "I understand, when you wear someone's jersey, you actually like believe in them. You believe they can do supernatural things. It's like an extension of our family and I really appreciate that.''

The NBA and Adidas announced the figures in advance of the league's upcoming "Global Games" slate. A total of 10 NBA teams will participate in 12 international games throughout the preseason and regular season. The "Global Games" will tip off on Oct. 5 when the Thunder face Fenerbahce Ulker in Istanbul, Turkey, and will continue through mid-January with stops in Spain, England, the Philippines, Brazil, Taiwan, China and Mexico.

James, 28, is coming off of back-to-back titles, MVP awards and Finals MVP awards.  Back in April, he placed second to Anthony in jersey sales.  In a Nov. 2012 version of the jersey sales list, James ranked No. 1, topping Durant and Bryant.
