For all of those in need of last-minute instruction on the proper technique of turkey carving, let Orlando's Glen Davis be your guide.

First, pick up your carving knife, like so -- careful to face the blade side out. Use your knife hand to pin down the pre-cooked bird, while gently moving your other hand into position. Then, using your non-knife hand, rip off  the turkey leg and gorge yourself before your grubbing, jealous relatives have a chance to object to your methods. Happy Thanksgiving, all.
