Fifty-four years ago, Wilt Chamberlain set the NBA on fire and recorded the only 100-point game in NBA history. No one has really come close since—Kobe Bryant approached it with 81 points in 2006—and it looks pretty safe that no one ever will.

Wednesday marks the exact 54–year anniversary of Chamberlain's feat.
