The Buffalo Bills franchise is expected to sell for at least $1.1 billion, reports Sal Paolantonio of ESPN. The Bills have been up for sale since owner Ralph Wilson died in March.

Forbes values the team at $870 million, good for No. 47 on its 2014 list of the most valuable sports teams in the world. Rock star Jon Bon Jovi is reportedly interested in bidding on the team as part of a Toronto-based ownership group, and while there were reports that the group wanted to move the team to Toronto, John Kryk of the Toronto Sun says Bon Jovi's group is now telling people they are committed to keeping the team in Western New York.

Donald Trump has also expressed interest in bidding on the team, and Buffalo Sabres owner Terry Pegula is reportedly also considering a bid.

Kryk reports that all those interested in bidding must submit a non-binding "indication of interest" by July 29.
