Charges will be filed against a Cleveland Browns fan who urinated on the late Baltimore Ravens owner Art Modell’s grave, reports CBS Baltimore

The Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office is not releasing the suspect’s name until paperwork has been filed and he has been charged.

According to Maryland law, anyone who engages in “indecent or disorderly conduct in a cemetery” can receive a two-year jail sentence and a $500 fine.

In a widely circulated video on YouTube, the unidentified man says, “As far as [expletive] on your grave, I had no choice.”

Modell made a similar reference when he moved the team from Cleveland to Baltimore in 1996. Modell owned the Ravens until 2004 and died in 2012 at age 87.

“I want to commend the Baltimore County Police Department for doing outstanding work in identifying the suspect involved in this case,” said Baltimore County State’s Attorney Scott D. Shellenberger in a statement. “Everyone who has buried a loved one has the right to believe that their final resting place will be treated with respect. Bringing charges against this individual should act as a deterrent to others and assure the rest of us that no matter who you are, indecencies will not be committed against your final resting place.”
