Texans owner Bob McNair was disappointed his scheduled cancer treatment prevented him from traveling to College Station to watch phenom Johnny Manziel during Texas A&M's pro day.
The owner ended up getting a rather unique opportunity anyway -- care of the CEO of the proton therapy center where he underwent some 30 radiation treatments.
According to a story from John McClain in the Houston Chronicle, one day before McNair's scheduled treatment, the Texans owner slipped in through the backdoor of the therapy center and went up to the office of the CEO, John Styles Jr., who switched on ESPN; the two kicked back and got to watch Manziel dazzle on the field.
Afterward, McNair underwent his radiation treatment.
