New Washington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden said he's seen "a lot of good and some bad" from quarterback Robert Griffin III so far in training camp, according to Brian McNally of 106.7 The Fan.
Washington opens the regular season on Sept. 7 at the Houston Texans. "Hopefully by Houston he'll be ready to roll," Gruden said.

Last year, Griffin came back from a torn ACL suffered in January 2013 in a playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks. Though he was back by Week 1, Griffin struggled and saw his completion percentage, yards per attempt and TD/interception ratio all fall dramatically from his rookie year.
Griffin did not play the final three weeks of the season after then-coach Mike Shanahan decided to start Kirk Cousins.
