The San Francisco 49ers activated defensive tackle Ian Williams from the PUP list Tuesday. Williams suffered a broken leg in Week 2 of the 2013 season after being hit by a cut block from a Seattle Seahawks offensive lineman.
CSNBayArea.com reported that Williams underwent four surgeries on the leg.

Williams was an undrafted free agent out of Notre Dame in 2011.
