The citation happened Monday on the campus of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va.

In a statement, a Redskins spokesperson said that the team is “aware of the incident and we will not make any further comment.”
Breeland has impressed coaches while working with the second-team defense during training camp, according to the Times.
Breeland, a fourth-round pick out of Clemson in this year's draft, recorded six tackles in Washington's preseason opener last Thursday against New England.
