Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson says he will not dunk over the goalposts this season to celebrate touchdowns because he doesn't want to be fined, the Detroit Free Press' Dave Birkett reports.

The NFL banned players from dunking over the goalposts during the offseason. New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham was flagged twice for dunking last week, which he has done throughout his career. Saints coach Sean Payton spoke to Graham after the second flag.
