Report: Packers DT B.J. Raji out for season with torn biceps
Rapoport initially reported that Raji was believed to have torn his biceps, but the team was waiting for tests to determine the extent of the tear. Head coach Mike McCarthy said after the game Raji "felt confident," but test results confirmed the team's fear Raji would be lost for the year.
Raji, 28, signed a one-year, $4 million deal this offseason. In five seasons with the Packers, the ninth pick of the 2009 draft out of Boston College has 10.5 sacks and has missed only four games.
