Tom Brady did not attend New England Patriots practice on Thursday, but he will still play in Sunday's opener, reports ESPN Boston.

On Thursday morning, New England re-signed quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson to the practice squad. McLeod Bethel-Thompson joined Jimmy Garoppolo as the second quarterback at practice.
