Browns tight end Jordan Cameron will not play Sunday against the Saints due to a shoulder injury, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Cameron initially sprained his right AC joint in a preseason scrimmage in August, and then re-injured it in Cleveland's opening week loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
