Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green says he'll play against Titans

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Greentold reporters Friday that he will play in Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans.

Green injured his right big toe in Cincinnati's season opener against the Baltimore Ravens but finished the game and started against the Atlanta Falcons last Sunday. He was forced to leave the game against the Falcons in the first quarter due to the injury but said afterwards the toe wasn't broken.

Despite Green missing practice through the beginning of the week, Bengals coach Marvin Lewis said Wednesday he expected Green to play on Sunday. Though he was limited, Green returned to practice Thursday and said Friday he feels good enough to play.

The three-time Pro Bowler had six receptions for 131 yards in Week 1. Green had 98 catches for 1,426 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2013.
