San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore was unhappy and unable to answer media questions after Sunday's loss to the Arizona Cardinals, the Sacramento Bee's Matt Barrows reports.

Gore, who had 29 carries for 129 yards during the first two games, had just 10 rushing yards on six carries during Sunday's loss.

49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick had a career-best 78.4 completion percentage on 29 for 37 passing. Gore had one carry in the second half and cut his media availability short after the game, according to Barrows.

Gore was too upset to speak afterward.

“I can’t talk right now,” he said after a minute of questions. “I’m sorry. I can’t talk.”

San Francisco dropped to 1-2 and has been outscored 52-3 in the second half so far this season.

The 49ers host the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
