Arizona Cardinals defensive end Darnell Dockett met the fan who wore his jersey during Sunday's brawl in the upper deck, The Arizona Republic's Andrew Joseph reports.

The fan, Michael Cakebread, helped a security guard who was being choked by a fan. Dockett tweeted he had tickets for the fan, and the two met on The Sam Acho Show on Tuesday.

Since Cakebread is a season ticket holder, Dockett gave him one of his Pro Bowl jerseys instead.

Cakebread said that he wouldn't stand for someone getting choked, so, he had to react.

Dockett commended Cakebread for his actions, and said the No. 90 jersey "lets me know he has good character."

The Cardinals are 3-0 and have a bye during Week 4. They play the Denver Broncos on Oct. 5.
