Browns CB Joe Haden misses practice, status vs. Steelers unknown
Haden was injured in the second half of last week’s win against the Tennessee Titans. Haden was relegated to the stationary bike while his teammates practiced on Thursday.
Browns head coach Mike Pettine said that he is “cautiously optimistic” that Haden will play in the rematch against the Steelers. Pittsburgh won the first matchup 30-27 in Week 1.
"We're playing it slow, so we'll see,” Pettine said, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "We won't have any real good information on that until tomorrow.”
Haden has 21 total tackles and one pass defended this season for Cleveland (2-2). The Browns have 14 players on their injury report this week.
