The Giants are 3-4 after Sunday's loss to the Cowboys, but New York defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul says his team's season is far from over.

"We just have to believe," Pierre-Paul said, according to the New York Daily News. "There’s a lot of football to be played. Don’t count us out yet."

Pierre-Paul also said he believes the team can win all nine of its remaining games. Five of those games are against teams with records at or above .500.

After winning the Super Bowl in the 2011 season, the Giants missed the playoffs in each of the past two years. They currently sit in third place in the NFC East.

The Giants have a bye week in Week 8 and face the Colts at home in Week 9. They are 1-2 in divisional games thus far, with three games left to play in the division.

Pierre-Paul has 3.5 sacks this season, after being slowed by injuries and recording just two last season.
