The Oakland Raiders are set to activate CB D.J. Hayden, reports the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. He would be eligible to play on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns.

Hayden, a 2013 first-round draft pick by Oakland, suffered a stress fracture in his right foot during team activities in May and has yet to play this season. He returned to practice on October 15, his first workout since being placed on the physically unable to perform list.

“I felt 100 percent 3 weeks ago in terms of running and cutting, but I had to wait it out. Now it’s my time,” Hayden said (via NBC's Pro Football Talk).

In his rookie season, Hayden played in only eight games due to various injuries, making 22 solo tackles, one forced fumble and an interception.

The Raiders are 0-6 on the season.
