JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) The Jacksonville Jaguars have waived receiver Mike Brown and promoted receiver Tommy Streeter from the practice squad.

Brown had seven receptions for 88 yards in the first five games this season. He was inactive the last six.

The 6-foot-5, 215-pound Streeter, who played collegiately at Miami, spent the last two months on Jacksonville's practice squad. He also has been with Baltimore, Buffalo, Tampa Bay and Miami, but has yet to play a regular-season game.

A sixth-round draft pick by Baltimore in 2012, Streeter missed his entire rookie year with a foot injury. The Buccaneers waived him in final cuts in September. He began the regular season on Miami's practice squad before being waived Sept. 23.

The Miami native had 52 receptions for 967 yards and nine touchdowns for the Hurricanes.
