GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) Aaron Rodgers is starting the Packers' regular-season finale Sunday against Detroit to decide the NFC North title.

But Green Bay is keeping three quarterbacks active a week after Rodgers strained his left calf in a win at Tampa.

Rodgers was listed as probable after practicing on a limited basis. Coach Mike McCarthy has said he didn't have high concern about the injury, though it's unclear whether the injury could limit Rodgers' mobility.

Running back DuJuan Harris is inactive with backup quarterbacks Matt Flynn and Scott Tolzien both on the active roster. Micah Hyde could step in for Harris as the Packers kick returner.

For Detroit, rookie Travis Swanson is starting at center for the suspended Dominic Raiola.
