Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Adam Gase is scheduled to interview for vacant head coaching jobs with the San Francisco 49ers, Atlanta Falcons and Chicago Bears, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.

According to the report, Gase will interview with those teams over the weekend, while the Broncos have a first-round bye in the playoffs.

Gase, 36, has spent the past six seasons with the Broncos, the last two as the team's offensive coordinator.

BANKS: Examining the NFL coaching carousel

In Gase's first season as coordinator in 2013, the Broncos set an NFL record for most points scored in a season. Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning also set several NFL records last season, including most touchdown passes and passing yards in a season.

This season, the Broncos ranked second in the league in points per game, behind the Green Bay Packers
