• Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant's attorney has sent Bryant's adviser a cease-and-desist letter, reports's Jean-Jacques Taylor.

• Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Ike Taylor officially announced his retirement on Tuesday.

• The Miami Dolphins plan to sign quarterback Ryan Tannehill to a contract extension before the start of the 2015 season, reports NFL Media's Ian Rapoport.

• Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders said if the team doesn't win a Super Bowl in the upcoming season, it would be a "bust season."

• Offensive lineman Wade Smith announced on his Instagram page on Monday that he is retiring from the NFL.
