Wednesday July 22nd, 2015

The Washington Redskins will begin this year's training camp in Richmond, Va., on Thursday, July 30. Camp will run through Sunday, Aug. 16, and will include three joint practices with the Houston Texans.

The Redskins are looking to bounce back from a 2014 season that was defined by injuries to quarterback Robert Griffin III and which saw the team post the second-worst record in the NFC at 4–12.

Washington hopes the new leadership of incoming general manager Scot McCloughan will help the team rebound. The Redskins' other off-season upgrades include defensive lineman Ricky Jean Francois and cornerback Chris Culliver. The team also re-signed quarterback Colt McCoy.
