The Detroit Lions will kick off this year's training camp on Monday, Aug. 3 at the team's practice facility in Allen Park, Mich. Training camp will run through Tuesday, Aug. 18.
The Lions are looking to build off an 11–5 campaign last year that saw them lose to the Cowboys in the NFC wild card game.

Wednesday, Aug. 5: 7:30 p.m. practice at Novi High School (ticket required)
Thursday, Aug. 6: 2:00 p.m. Southeast Michigan Ford Dealers Day (private)
Friday, Aug. 7: 3:30 p.m. practice (open to public)
Saturday, Aug. 8: 9:30 a.m. practice (open to public)
Monday, Aug. 10: 8:30 a.m. practice (open to public)
Tuesday, Aug. 11: 2:00 p.m. practice (open to public)
Saturday, Aug. 15: 3.30 p.m. practice, Family Day (open to public)

The Lions will hold six practices that are open to the public (marked above). These practices are free and do not require a ticket, but guests will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Detroit's first two practices, on Aug. 3 and Aug. 4, are open to season ticket members only. Registration is required and those eligible will receive instructions.
On Aug. 5, the Lions will hold a practice at Novi High School that requires a ticket. All general public tickets for the event have already been distributed.
Lions training camp will be held at the team's practice facility, which is located at 222 Republic Drive in Allen Park, Mich. There will also be a practice (which requires a ticket) at Novi High School in Novi, Mich.
