The Minnesota Vikings began their 2015 preseason slate on Aug. 9 in the Hall of Fame Game against the Pittsburgh Steelers with a 14-3 victory.

The Vikings will also face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Oakland Raiders, Dallas Cowboys and Tennessee Titans during the preseason.

The Vikings finished 7–9 last year, third in the NFC North, and missed the playoffs for the second consecutive season.

The Vikings endured an eventful off-season while handling the Adrian Peterson situation, but the star running back is now back in the fold. Second-year quarterback Teddy Bridgewater will be expected to take a significant step in his development, and he’ll have newly acquired wide receiver Mike Wallace as his primary target to replace Greg Jennings.

Minnesota also selected cornerback Trae Waynes in the first round of the NFL draft and linebacker Eric Kendricks in the second round.
