It's going to take a lot more than getting his helmet ripped off to stop J.J. Watt from getting to the quarterback. 

Chiefs right tackle Jah Reid was no match for Watt on this play midway through the second quarter. Even grabbing a handful of Watt's facemask and taking his helmet clean off seems to do nothing to slow Watt down.
