Former Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still worked out for the Indianapolis Colts this week, reports ESPN’s Field Yates.

The Colts currently have two defensive tackles—David Parry and Zach Kerr—listed on their depth chart. Indianapolis placed DT Arthur Jones on injured reserve on Sept. 5, ending his season.

Still was released by the Bengals in early September. He played 12 games in 2014, recording 19 combined tackles.

Last season, Cincinnati kept Still on its practice squad, and eventually 53-man roster, to help him financially with his daughter Leah’s cancer diagnosis. Because Still made the roster, he and Leah will have five years of health insurance, even if he fails to make another team.

As of July, Leah's cancer is in remission.

The Colts play the New York Jets in Week 2.
