Cleveland Browns quarterback Josh McCown is expected to return to practice on Friday and if that goes well, McCown will continue to start over Johnny Manziel, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

McCown left Sunday’s game against the Jets with a concussion after a hit sent him into a spin at the 1-yard line on his first drive of the season.

After replacing McCown, Manziel completed 13 of 24 passes for 182 yards, one touchdown and one interception. The Browns dropped their 11th consecutive season opener with a 31–10 loss to the Jets.

The Browns will host the Tennessee Titans on Sunday at FirstEnergy Stadium.
